Return & Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Colourful Claws, we take pride in the quality of our artificial nails and nail art products.
Each order is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re happy to assist you with a replacement or refund in accordance with this policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement only if:
The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect; and
You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.
Note:
Returns are not accepted for customized or made-to-order nail sets, used items, or products damaged due to customer mishandling.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used nail accessories (such as glues, buffers, or nail tools) cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@colourfulclaws.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, product name, and photos/videos showing the issue.
Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.
If your return is approved, you will be required to send the product back in its original packaging and unused condition to the address provided by our team.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–6 business days through your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or wrong.
5. Replacements
If a replacement is approved:
The new item will be dispatched after the returned product is received and verified.
In case the same item is out of stock, you may choose an alternate product or a refund.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for cancelled orders will also be processed within 5–6 business days.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom-made nail sets
Used or opened products
Items purchased under “Final Sale” or “Clearance” category
