2. Products and Services
Colourful Claws offers artificial nails, nail art products, nail accessories, and related beauty items.
All products are designed or curated with utmost care and creativity.
Please note:
Actual colors or finishes may vary slightly from product images due to lighting or device display differences.
Custom or personalised nail sets are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged once confirmed.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of placing an order.
Accepted payment methods include secure online payments such as credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other approved gateways.
Colourful Claws is not responsible for payment delays or failed transactions caused by payment gateways or banks.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days after confirmation.
Delivery time depends on your location and courier partner.
Once an order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
Colourful Claws is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Returns or replacements are accepted only in case of damaged or defective items, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof of damage (e.g., clear photos or unboxing video) is required for review.
Custom-made, used, or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
6. Product Use and Allergies
Our products are intended for external use only.
Please review product materials and adhesive ingredients before use.
Colourful Claws shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or damages resulting from improper application or individual reactions.
7. Intellectual Property
